Investing in my health has always been a high priority to navigate short-term injuries, long-term genetics, and life-long aims to stay healthy and strong. While I've had success in the past with other practitioners it felt like the care was reactive instead of proactive to my health. I was intrigued by Dr. Marsha’s wholistic approach, using a seamless platform that would allow us to work together virtually, saving me time and resources in an otherwise busy schedule. And in the interest of staying strong into my 30s and 40s as an athlete, Dr. Marsha’s first hand experience and motivation provided a source of inspiration.
My curiosity came with success. Not only did Dr. Marsha help me overcome some immediate and urgent health issues, but I feel like I've been set-up for life long success since with Dr. Marsha’s research and education of my genetics, bloodwork and everything else we tested. Her attitude helped me to stay accountable, positive and hopeful - even when I felt some of my issues were insurmountable.
Beyond the program, I plan on continuing to see Dr. Marsha since she continues to stay up to date with evolving research in her field, to which I feel like I can directly benefit. And as a step further, I'm excited to see how Dr. Marsha is building a community around those in the program so we can actively learn with each other and support each other in adopting new habits of self-care.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Marsha and was excited for the opportunity to participate in her new program, Wild Pursuits. Dr. Marsha has always approached any ailment of mine by looking at the whole picture. This is how she can heal versus just treating symptoms. Her Wild Pursuits program does just that – it dives in deep to truly understand your whole health, and to create a plan to be your best you, healing at the source. Essentially embodying her healthcare approach into an overall wellness coaching program.
At the start Wild Pursuits, you complete a series of questionnaires and testing to establish your baseline, and to determine how your body chemistry works. Once you complete this step, you participate in one-on-one sessions to discuss the results and form an action plan. Dr. Marsha is brilliant in her ability to understand the biology and mechanics, explain it in a way you can understand, and translate it into suggested steps to improve your overall health. In my sessions with her, I leaned so much about how my body processes certain foods to how it responds to stress. These are tools I will carry for a lifetime.
As we proceeded through the program, she would shift thought various areas of focus regarding my health. This allowed us time to individually drill down on a specific element, while still maintaining progress and looking forward to the future. I really appreciated how her guidance included suggested supplements, meal plans and overall lifestyle changes. She really incorporates every aspect of your health.
The Wild Pursuits program included regular coaching sessions. She had wide availability and was always willing to discuss whatever I felt to be the most important health related issue. She is a very strong listener and takes what you share and translates it to help improve your total health landscape. At various points in the program, she had check ins, which she presented as part of the conclusion of the program. These metrics illustrated my progress and provided further encouragement and tools to continue my journey.
I cannot recommend a healer, or a program more than I do Dr. Marsha and Wild Pursuits. It provides all the tools you need to be your best you and does so with the strongest guidance along the way. Thank you, Dr. Marsha!!!

After years of doctors telling me nothing was wrong, I decided to bite the bullet and dive in to Dr. Marsha's program. I was not looking for a quick fix, more answers to help me understand my physiological changes... and answers I got!
Dr. Marsha was thorough, available for all my questions, even after she met with me, and I needed more time to mentally digest what I was learning. While I don't have a quick fix to my particular needs, I do have a lot to chew on and help me be better. In addition Dr. Marsha did uncover true medical diagnoses that other MDs did not find. I am so thankful to be on a path, one I navigating with Dr. Marsha, while taking in to consideration what works for me and how, to feel my best and do my best... which does not always mean I feel like I did at 20.. but it does mean I have options and understand what is going on.
I could not be more thankful for Dr. Marsha's patience, guidance, detailed planning, test results and explanations. Now I just have to continue doing the work!

I had been talking to one my friends (a strong, knowledgeable athlete) about how crappy I was feeling. I knew something wasn’t right and I didn’t have any faith that my primary care physician would do anything more than tell me it was likely perimenopause. Oh, and that I should lose weight. None of that is actionable and none of it would give me a real answer to what really was causing my emotional and physical doldrums. My friend recommended Dr. Marsha.
Dr. Marsha’s approach was first “lets get the data” – which I loved. And she walks you through all of the very technical reports you get from all the tests she has you do. And then she talks about an action plan. And for me, she helped break it down into little steps I could take, reinforcing good stuff, helping me rally when I didn’t execute like I felt I should have. She also validated a ton of things I felt, but didn’t quite know how to justify. She makes the whole process (from how to get the lab work done to the results and action items) very easy to follow, but its clear, she knows what she’s talking about. As an example: I’m a chemical engineer and she was willing to go deep on some of my chemistry questions which was super impressive.
I noticed (and my friends did too) a change within a few months of following the program she put together. After over 6 months, I’m feeling much better – there is power in knowing the “why” of how your body is feeling. It gives you a real backstop in your daily choices. I can promise you, most of this is not hard once you have your body’s own “secret code.” Especially when you realize how much better you feel. It just takes one step at a time.
I would say Dr. Marsha can help you on how to find the right things to give you the best shot at climbing back to a healthier and stronger version of yourself. Its worth the investment.
